Shipping Policy for The 248 Vault

1. Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) will typically be processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We currently ship within the United States only.

** Transit times are estimates and begin once the package is handed to the carrier. Unforeseen delays (weather, carrier backlog) may extend delivery.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold

A flat shipping rate of $4.95 applies for Standard Ground shipping on domestic orders under $75.

For orders $75 or more, we offer free Standard Ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

Expedited shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and destination.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

Please allow 24 hrs after shipping notification for tracking info to become active.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

We ship only to valid U.S. postal addresses (PO boxes, APO/FPO included). We do not ship to freight forwarders or third-party forwarding addresses.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. The 248 Vault is not responsible for delays or missing packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at sales@the248vault.com.

If a package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will work with the carrier and you to determine the next steps (replacement or refund) on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes, Cancellations & Backorders

You may request an order change (e.g., shipping address) within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting support@the248vault.com. After that window, we may have already processed the order and cannot guarantee changes.

If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you by email and give you the option to wait for the item, cancel it for a full refund, or remove the back-ordered item and ship the rest of your order.
8. International Shipping

At this time, the 248 Vault does not ship outside the United States. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
9. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in shipping carriers, rates, processing times or services offered. The “Last Updated” date at the top will always reflect when the policy was most recently revised.

It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes your agreement to those changes.
