Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with The 248 Vault. We take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality trading cards and collectibles. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Final on Trading Cards

Due to the collectible nature and market volatility of trading cards, all sales of single cards, graded cards, sealed packs, and boxes are final.
Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or significant undisclosed damage).

We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps protect both our customers and the integrity of the trading card market.

2. Return Eligibility (Non-Card Items)

We accept returns only for non-collectible products such as:

  • Apparel or merchandise (unused, unworn, and in original packaging)

  • Storage supplies (binders, top loaders, sleeves, etc.)

To qualify for a return:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be in new, unopened, and unused condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the item to our facility in Waterford, Michigan.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@the248vault.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will evaluate the claim and offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the item (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Full refund to the original payment method

All damage claims must be verified before refunds or replacements are issued.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Return Shipping

Unless we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. The 248 Vault is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.


To cancel, email us immediately at sales@the248vault.com with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

7. Graded Card Authenticity

We sell cards authenticated and graded by reputable companies such as PSA, BGS, and SGC.


Any disputes regarding grades, encapsulation, or third-party authentication must be handled directly with the grading company, as The 248 Vault does not alter or re-grade items.

8. Policy Updates

The 248 Vault reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.


Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
